Associate Staff Analyst (On-site)
Job Description
HEPCO is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as a Associate Staff Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering various program support activities across projects in the Design, Construction, and Close Out phases. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth flow of information and documentation, as well as providing essential support to the Safety Management Directors and other project personnel.

Prepare and coordinate the following reports and documents:
- Monthly Safety Competency Checklist reports for Construction Managers
- Monthly Audit Summary Status Reports
- Monthly CPM Hearing Conservation Compliance tracking
- Weekly project status updates
- Job Task Hazard Assessments for CPM personnel
- Project and Safety Personnel listings
- Project Assessment Outreach Initiative
- Gasoline Placard Inspections

Coordinate, review, and update various reports, including:
- Quarterly Man-hour Reports
- Quarterly Analysis of Findings for Construction Managers
- Quarterly Contractor Accident and Man-hour Reconciliations
- Biannual ACE Reconciliation Reports
- Quarterly update of OSS TWU Inspection Findings
- Quarterly Safety Goals and Action Plans
- Quarterly Gasoline Placard Inspection Report to OSS
- Create, coordinate, and/or update databases and produce reports as required, including historical capital project safety management information.
- Participate in design and construction progress meetings and other relevant gatherings as required.
- Prepare various reports and presentations using Power Point, Access, Excel, and Word, including graphs, plots, and visual aids.
- Coordinate with Design Managers, Construction Managers, and other personnel as necessary.
- Support the administration of the CCM contract, including coordinating and processing task orders, preparing various reports, and related tasks.
- Provide assistance to the Safety Management Directors as required.
- Perform other Capital Program support work as needed.
Qualifications:

Baccalaureate Degree
Experience:
- Three years of experience in budgeting, capital program support, business administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, or fiscal or economic research, fiscal management, project coordination, or a related field.
- Expertise in report preparation using Business Intelligence, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint is necessary.
- Ability to clearly write, communicate, and organize project information and reports.
- Experience in project coordination and/or working with construction field offices or design engineers is desirable.
Normal Work Week:
5 days a week, from Monday- Friday 8:00- 4:30 PM (starting time may vary between 7:30 am and 8:30 am)
Work Location:
300 Cadman Plaza, Brooklyn (Saturday/Sunday RDO)
