Ready to spearhead operational excellence and steer success in a dynamic manufacturing setting? We are actively searching for a skilled professional to assume the pivotal position of Operations Leader for our client.

Position Description: As the Operations Leader, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing day-to-day operations, leading the manufacturing hourly workforce, and serving as the first level of escalation for the team. Your primary responsibility is to guarantee efficient product flow, meeting and exceeding the expectations of both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will be a skilled "People Manager," adept at bringing out the best in our team and navigating challenges with finesse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach the hourly workforce to unlock their full potential.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to work instructions.
  • Own and take pride in being a "People Manager" to foster team and business success.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, other Operations Leaders, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and implement processes and systems within budget and time constraints.

Skills Required:

  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for coordination and negotiation.
  • Proficient in computer skills for report and document preparation.
  • Decision-making with sound judgment and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Analytical mindset for process development and implementation.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 4 years in production/manufacturing/operations or similar environment.
  • Direct supervision of hourly workforce.
  • Leadership experience in a team-based manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools.

Education Required:

  • Associate degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of related experience.
  • OR Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or technical field with four (4) years of related experience.
