We are seeking a skilled Production Operator IV to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for the mechanical and electrical assembly of components for a specialized program. Your expertise will contribute to assembling electronic components, subassemblies, and modules using visual aids, prints, wiring lists, and diagrams.

• Assemble electronic components and modules, ensuring adherence to IPC-610 standards.
• Perform mechanical assembly operations including chassis assembly, wire termination, installation of wire harnesses, and cable assemblies with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate closely with team members and engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Disassemble and modify production subassemblies, following detailed work plans.
• Conduct inspections to confirm that assemblies meet quality standards.

Skills Required:

• High School diploma or Trade School education (minimum two years).
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with large, complex builds.
• IPC-J-STD-001 and IPC-A-620 certifications.

Skills Preferred:

• Experience working within the Department of Defense (DoD) or military environments.
• Additional proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents.

Experience Required:

• Minimum two years of experience in electronic mechanical assembly.
• Previous soldering experience.
• Familiarity with chassis and cable fabrication.
• Computer literacy.

Experience Preferred:

• Two years of experience in the DoD or military settings.

Education Required:

• Two years of High School or Trade School education.

Schedule:

• 4/10 work schedule (Monday-Thursday), typically 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
