Our client is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, gathering, and developing all necessary content for project documentation by coordinating with engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and other subject-matter experts. You will generate project documentation using MS Word and Adobe Acrobat and manage your tasks and project deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Position Description:

• Identify, gather, discuss, and develop relevant content for project documentation by coordinating with engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and other subject-matter experts.
• Generate project documentation using MS Word and Adobe Acrobat for word processing and document publication.
• Report and track progress on deliverables to project management.
• Manage a schedule, prioritizing tasks and tracking project progress/completion.
• Manage job scope by identifying and expanding the catalog of project deliverables.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Enthusiasm for learning technical knowledge in fields such as chemical, civil, computer, control, electrical, and mechanical engineering in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Schedule management of personal tasks and project progress.
• Scope management in identifying and pursuing an expanding catalog of project deliverables.

Experience Required:

• Experience in assembling and coordinating technical final reporting documents.

Education Required:

• Associate's Degree.
