Administrative Assistant (On-site)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will excel in tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and maintaining efficient organizational systems. This position requires excellent follow-up skills, proficiency in software applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word, and the ability to handle phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Filing: Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible, maintaining an organized filing system.
- Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of various documents, transactions, and communications.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Follow-Up: Exhibit strong follow-up skills to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize software applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks.
- Communication: Answer phones, transfer calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
