Administrative Assistant (On-site)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to support our client's administrative needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being an integral part of a team.
- Help track and monitor incoming intakes and ensure that covered agencies and partners are promptly notified.
- Communicate with individuals who submit reports of misconduct to gather information about their intakes and to inform them of LEMIO's actions, both over the phone and via email and correspondence.
- Liaise with covered agencies and other governmental bodies regarding intakes, investigations, and other pertinent issues.
- Maintain accurate records of contact information and communications with covered agencies.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including preparing documents, proofreading, recruiting, onboarding new hires, maintaining files and records, and processing reimbursements.
Key Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Adobe is essential.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
Preferred Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
