We are seeking a Sr. Field Applications Engineer to support power solutions in various market opportunities. In this direct hire role, you will collaborate with the Senior Business Development Manager and Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional pre- and post-sales support. This includes assisting with product selection, installation (electrical, mechanical, and thermal aspects), and troubleshooting customer systems.

• Articulate technology, power architectures, and product positioning to both business and technical users
• Drive business development directly with customers and in conjunction with channel partners
• Capture technical requirements and the architecture of customer systems and act as the liaison to Product Line Engineers
• Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle
• Review schematics and address incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
• Conduct regular customer visits, requiring 30-50% travel
• Present technical seminars and provide product training for the manufacturer's rep organization
• Assist with hands-on product evaluations and generate application notes under the direction of the FAE Manager

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Experience: 5-7+ years in analog/power supply design or analog-based applications engineering
• Capable electronics technician skills
• Strong understanding of analog design

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $99,920 - $162,370 (Depending on experience and qualifications)
