Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Test Technician to perform testing, alignments, and data collection activities on RF-based electronic subassemblies. As a Test Technician, you will troubleshoot and rework RF circuits at the component level, install and set up test equipment, and monitor equipment status to ensure it’s functioning at optimal levels. The role requires performing other duties as assigned.

• Conduct tests, alignments, and data collection on RF-based electronic subassemblies.
• Troubleshoot and rework components on RF-based subassemblies to the component level.
• Install and set up test equipment according to established procedures.
• Monitor the status of test equipment and replace out-of-calibration or malfunctioning equipment.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Skills Required:

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and repair issues on RF circuits to the component level.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electronic assembly blueprints, procedures, and schematics.
• Experience in setting up and operating test equipment per procedures.
• Hands-on experience with test equipment, including:
  • Vector Network Analyzers
  • Spectrum Analyzers
  • Signal Generators
  • Oscilloscopes
  • Digital Multimeters (DMMs)
  • And other RF-related test equipment

Experience Required:

• Minimum of two (2) years of directly applicable testing experience is required.

Experience Preferred:

• A preferred minimum of four (4) years of directly applicable testing experience.

Education Required:

• Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with strong knowledge in circuit analysis, measurement, and instrumentation techniques.
• Military training in a related field is a plus.

Work Schedule:

• 4/10 Schedule (Monday-Thursday)
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
