Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Application Developer to join our client's team. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of ServiceNow developers to design, develop, and implement enterprise-wide solutions that create significant business value for our organization. You will work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements and develop innovative solutions that optimize processes, enable automation, and drive business value.

  • Collaborate with a team of ServiceNow developers to design, develop, and implement enterprise-wide solutions.
  • Consult with key stakeholders to gather requirements for enterprise solutions.
  • Develop innovative solutions that optimize processes and enable automation.
  • Follow ServiceNow's Best Practices to transform business requirements into standardized processes.
  • Utilize your knowledge of web-based protocols, standards, and web technologies used by ServiceNow.
  • Consult with customers on service-oriented architecture and software application architecture.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Utilize your proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and APIs.

Skills Required:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in the development and implementation phases of a ServiceNow Core application.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with ServiceNow app development.
  • Familiarity with Scrum, SaFe, and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to transform business requirements into standardized processes while following ServiceNow's Best Practices.
  • Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards.
  • Experience with web technologies used by ServiceNow.
  • ITILv3 Foundations Certification and a thorough understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Good understanding of service-oriented architecture and software application architecture.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and APIs.

Experience Required:

  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
  • 3+ years of experience with web application development.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree: 2+ years
  • Master's Degree: 3+ years
