Job Description

HEPCO, Inc. is looking for an APM II for one of our most important mass transportation authority clients.

Project Description:
Perform all required tasks to issue the contract design documents for procurement, bid and award for the Department of Capital Program Management's Buses, Shops & Yards Program Area.

Description of Work:
Contract administration including but not limited toprepare Master Plans and Scopes of Work; schedule and attend site surveys and meetings; collect and review design documentscoordinate with the designers, schedulers, cost estimators, field personnelUser Departments, etc.coordinate with the Department of Capital Planning & Budget; prepare the design documents for procurement with the Department of Materiel; etc.

Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited University in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)

Experience Requirements:
Minimum of two years of project administration experience, preferably in design; and Minimum of one year of satisfactory full-time experience supervising employees performing project management work, including planning, coordinating and/or expediting engineering projects.
10-hour OSHA Training certification.

Normal Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM. Extended hours including Saturday & Sunday as required.
