HEPCO, Inc. is looking for an APM II for one of our most important mass transportation authority clients.
Perform all required tasks to issue the contract design documents for procurement, bid and award for the Department of Capital Program Management's Buses, Shops & Yards Program Area.
Description of Work:
Contract administration including but not limited to: prepare Master Plans and Scopes of Work; schedule and attend site surveys and meetings; collect and review design documents; coordinate with the designers, schedulers, cost estimators, field personnel, User Departments, etc.; coordinate with the Department of Capital Planning & Budget; prepare the design documents for procurement with the Department of Materiel; etc.
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited University in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)
Minimum of two years of project administration experience, preferably in design; and Minimum of one year of satisfactory full-time experience supervising employees performing project management work, including planning, coordinating and/or expediting engineering projects.
10-hour OSHA Training certification.
Normal Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM. Extended hours including Saturday & Sunday as required.
Field Location: 5% (occasional field surveys)
Office Location: 95%
