Administrative Assistant (On-site)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to a Product Line Director within a fast-paced, technical environment. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring daily presence at the client facility. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and confident supporting senior leadership while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and appointments with precision and follow-through
- Serve as a liaison to senior internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and procurement card reconciliation
- Plan and execute conferences, meetings, and events with strong attention to detail
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Provide analytical and project support for critical initiatives and business priorities
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure operational success
- Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as required
- Interface with government agencies as needed in support of acquisition activities
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional time management and heavy calendar management experience
- Experience processing travel arrangements and expense reports
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5–7 years of related administrative experience required
Preferred Skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Experience supporting senior-level executives or leadership teams
- Proven track record of high-level customer service and administrative support
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams highly desirable

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
