Administrative Assistant (On-site)
Job Description
We are seeking a competent Administrative Assistant to fulfill the requirements of one of our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will provide essential office support and execute various clerical tasks to assist in achieving organizational objectives. The role entails proficient use of office software, effective communication with relevant stakeholders, and meticulous organization skills.
- Process intake forms received through various channels, including correspondence with relevant parties.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Adobe Acrobat to facilitate communication and data management.
- Assist in gathering and compiling data for reports or organizational reporting systems.
- Coordinate arrangements for meetings, trainings, and gatherings, including logistical arrangements.
- Perform keyboarding, data entry, and various typing tasks using computerized systems.
- Maintain electronic and paper records and files in an organized manner.
- Support office operations by ordering supplies, assisting with onboarding processes, scheduling meetings, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Preferred Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
