Job Description

HEPCO Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler for our client to support mechanical assembly operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with small parts, following detailed instructions, and contributing to a team-focused production setting.

In this position, you will assemble and disassemble subassemblies and systems by following specific instructions and process sheets. You will complete mechanical assemblies using a variety of standard and specialized tools while maintaining a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

  • Assemble and disassemble subassemblies and systems following detailed instructions
  • Perform mechanical assembly using various parts and components
  • Use standard hand tools and power tools to complete assemblies
  • Work with small parts requiring fine motor skills and precision
  • Perform repetitive tasks such as tying knots and lacing components
  • Follow process sheets for assembly and minor repairs
  • Maintain quality and accuracy in all work performed

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Trade School education (minimum 2 years required)
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in mechanical assembly
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to handle small components
  • Ability to work in a team environment


Additional Information
Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (four 10-hour days)
Candidates must be comfortable working this set schedule

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
