Electronic Assembler (On-site)
Job Description
We are seeking an Assembler for our client to support the assembly of electronic components, sub-assemblies, and systems. This role involves working from detailed instructions and technical documentation to build high-quality electronic assemblies in a production environment.
- Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and systems by following written work instructions
- Perform mechanical assembly, soldering, and/or operate processing machines used in electronic assembly
- Use standard measuring tools and techniques to ensure quality and accuracy
- Follow prints, diagrams, visual aids, process sheets, and sample units
Required Skills
- Experience assembling electronic components, assemblies, sub-assemblies, and modules
- Ability to work from prints, diagrams, written instructions, and process documentation
- Mechanical assembly experience
- Familiarity with standard measuring tools and assembly techniques
- Two (2) years of High School or Trade School education
Preferred Skills
- Comfortable using Windows-based computers
- Ability to navigate and work within electronic documentation systems
- Electronic circuit card assembly experience
- Hand soldering experience
- IPC J-STD certification is a plus
Work Schedule
- 4/10 schedule
- 1st shift: Monday through Thursday
- Typical hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
