Executive Assistant I (On-site)
Job Description
Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant I to support President and VP-level leaders. This position provides a high level of administrative coordination including calendar management, meeting logistics, recordkeeping, travel arrangements, and general office support. Some project coordination responsibilities are included.
- Coordinate schedules and daily activities for President and VP-level executives
- Arrange in-person and virtual meetings
- Maintain hard and digital files, including proprietary information
- Manage office supplies
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements
- Provide administrative support including typing, collating, filing, and data entry
- Support small project coordination tasks as needed
Required Skills:
- Proven experience supporting VP and/or C-Level executives
- Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with ability to handle highly confidential information
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Experience booking travel
- 6+ years related experience
- HS Diploma required
- AAS in Secretarial Sciences, Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft required
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Concur for travel preferred (other systems acceptable)
- Project coordination experience

Pay Range: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
