Desktop Technician (On-site)
Job Description
Seeking a Desktop Technician to support end users by installing hardware, software, and networking components. Responsibilities include Windows 11 upgrades, deploying replacement machines, and troubleshooting technical issues for individual or multiple systems. You'll assist in diagnostics, vendor coordination, policy implementation, and operational reporting. Additional duties include offering equipment recommendations, resolving end-user problems (including remote access), and managing system upgrades and software deployments. This role involves ticket tracking, customer follow-up, and case closure to ensure complete resolution and user satisfaction.
Skills Required
- Experience with M365 / O365 migrations (required)
- Working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and terminology
- Basic problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Skills Preferred
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system
- Experience with Palo Alto VPN as it relates to desktop support
Experience Required

Minimum of 2 years in a similar role with a high school diploma
