Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Integration Planner to join an integrated production and aftermarket MRO planning team. This role is responsible for production schedule management, aftermarket demand planning, inventory strategy, and leading Quarterly Business Reviews aligned to Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP). The ideal candidate will ensure material flow is timed to meet demand, maintain inventory accuracy, and provide visibility into work in progress, material availability, and potential impacts to delivery and KPIs.

  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training activities
  • Assess and interpret customer needs across multiple interfaces
  • Support and develop sales expectation summaries and build schedules
  • Develop material forecast plans aligned with sales expectations
  • Lead cross-functional planning reviews for consensus approval
  • Maintain accurate master demand to meet customer and business commitments
  • Release WIP to the shop floor in alignment with the production schedule
  • Ensure product compliance through WIP and BOM maintenance
  • Communicate priorities throughout the shop to ensure on-time shipment
  • Align demand strategy for each part with supply chain and program expectations
  • Escalate supply needs for visibility and resolution
  • Lead and support used asset management processes
  • Ensure proper material presentation at point of use (POU) through effective logistics
  • Drive appropriate inventory levels and support inventory accuracy initiatives
  • Support physical inventory activities for assigned programs
  • Measure, report, and develop corrective actions to maintain KPI performance

Required Skills

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate issues and drive timely resolution
  • Solid planning, time management, and organizational skills
  • Understanding of production constraints including space, capacity, and material movement
  • Understanding of material flow and presentation
  • Ability to walk long distances and lift up to 35 lbs
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with MRP systems
  • Planning experience in a production environment
  • MRO repair station material demand planning experience
  • Experience with Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP)
  • Oracle MRP and Inventory Management proficiency
  • Ability to develop tools and processes to streamline data collection and analysis

Pay Range: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
