We are seeking an Electrical Assembler I on behalf of our client to support production-level mechanical and electrical assembly efforts. This individual will be responsible for assembling electronic components, subassemblies, and modules using detailed visual aids, schematics, wiring lists, and process documentation. The role involves hands-on electrical and mechanical work using a variety of tools and equipment.

• Assemble parts and components per engineering drawings, routing instructions, and process sheets.
• Perform electrical assembly tasks such as wire terminations and installation of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, relays, capacitors, resistors, transformers, etc.
• Use fasteners and hand tools in the build-up of complex electronic assemblies.
• Verify conformance of parts and assemblies to quality standards and rework as required.
• Operate machinery and tools appropriate to the task.
• Follow safety and quality procedures in a production environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of High School or Trade School education.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in mechanical or electrical assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly documentation.
• Familiarity with electronic components and hand tools used in assembly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional vocational training or certification in electronics or related fields.
• Prior experience in a high-reliability manufacturing environment (e.g., aerospace, defense).

Additional Information:

• Shift: 2nd shift – 4/10 schedule (Mon–Thurs, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM).

Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
