Assembler (On-site)
Job Description
Our client is seeking a skilled Assembler to join their team working on advanced electronics for mission-critical systems.
- Assemble and modify electromechanical subassemblies per work instructions
- Perform self-inspections and ensure conformance to quality standards
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and process plans
- Use fixturing, solder reflow ovens, semi-automatic pick-and-place machines, and automated measurement systems
- Inspect parts/materials for defects before use
- Work in a clean room environment
- Operate with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Collaborate within a team and work independently when needed
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or trade school education (minimum of 2 years)
- Prior experience in electrical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing or defense environment
- Experience with soldering and epoxy of electrical components
- Experienced with AOI (Automated Optical Inspection)
- Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and pick & place equipment
- IPC-A-610 and J-STD certifications (a plus)
- Effective communication and basic computer skills, including MRP/data entry systems
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
