Responsibilities:

• Perform solder touch-up after Surface Mount Technology (SMT) mass reflow.
• Apply conformal coating to electronic assemblies.
• Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, kits, and modules according to detailed instructions and diagrams.
• Operate hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards; perform rework if necessary.
• Complete both mechanical and electrical assembly tasks.
• Conduct soldering and visual inspection (if certified).
• Support cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all safety, quality, and procedural guidelines.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of high school or trade school education.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions.
• Must be available to work onsite full-time, Friday–Sunday from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Preferred Experience:

• SMT setup experience.
• Soldering experience.
• Conformal coating application.
• Bonding and flow soldering experience.
• IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification.
