We are seeking a motivated Assembler to support the production of printed circuit card assemblies. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Assemble printed circuit card assemblies at various stages of the production process
• Follow detailed work instructions and visual references to ensure accuracy
• Use a microscope to perform precision assembly tasks
• Maintain focus and quality while meeting production expectations
• Work independently or collaboratively within a small team

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to use a microscope
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
• Ability to interpret picture-based instructions
• Strong attention to detail and focus
• Ability to multitask in a production environment
• Energetic with a strong work ethic
• GED or higher required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift (Monday – Thursday), typically 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Up to $21.45 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
