Assembler 2 (On-site)
Job Description
Our client is seeking an Electrical Assembler to support the production of advanced electronic assemblies in a clean room manufacturing environment.
- Assemble and modify electromechanical and electronic subassemblies following work instructions and drawings
- Perform conformal coating, masking, and inspection of components
- Use fine brushes and tools to coat small features with precision
- Work under magnification for extended periods of time
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and process plans
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance
- Perform basic soldering and rework as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all production and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Trade School education
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise, repetitive work
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and drawings
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with conformal coating inspection, masking, and application
- Experience working in a clean room environment
- Ability to work under magnification for the majority of the shift
- Hand soldering experience
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD standards
- Experience with production equipment such as reflow ovens or automated systems

Pay Range: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: 4/10 work week, (Mon-Thu), typically 4:30P-3A)
