Are you skilled at detailed, hands-on assembly work? We are seeking an Electronic Assembler with a steady hand and strong attention to detail to support the production of advanced electronic equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced with conformal coating, masking, soldering, and working under magnification.

• Assemble, disassemble, and modify electromechanical production subassemblies according to work plans.
• Perform conformal coat masking, coating, and inspection.
• Use masking tape and fine brushes to coat small features accurately.
• Work under slight magnification for most of the shift.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, drawings, process plans, and work instructions.
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Inspect parts and materials for flaws before use.
• Manually solder or epoxy electrical components.
• Use fixtures, solder reflow ovens, semi-automatic pick-and-place machines, and automated measurement systems.
• Perform production work in a clean-room environment.
• Enter information into MRP and data-collection systems.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school education.
• At least two years of relevant assembly experience or equivalent experience.
• Prior conformal coating, masking, and inspection experience.
• Ability to perform precise work with a steady hand.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• IPC-A-610 or J-STD certification.
• Electronic or electromechanical assembly experience.
• Soldering experience or the ability to become solder certified.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
