Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Auditor to support our client. This role combines account administration, technical troubleshooting, document processing, and customer support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for account-related issues, including:

    • Account provisioning and deprovisioning
    • Account creation and password resets
    • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup and resets
    • RSA PIN resets, token distribution/installation, and token approvals
    • Re-enabling user accounts
    • Modifying browser configurations for application access
    • Directing users to appropriate contacts for application-specific questions
  • Troubleshoot internal and external MFA and RSA-related issues.
  • Review and process pre-acceptance tools for medical professionals without a NYS Driver License; ensure proper acceptance and document distribution.
  • Assist users with navigating systems and assigning roles on the Health Commerce System (HCS).
  • Conduct HCS testing to validate application functionality based on reported user concerns.
  • Respond to written and telephone inquiries from internal and external customers in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Monitor and respond to emails within multiple Outlook shared mailboxes.
  • Process paper documentation related to HCS accounts, including:
    • Scanning documents into tracking systems
    • Accepting or rejecting submissions
    • Mailing accepted HCS PIN letters and activation instructions
    • Scanning and indexing documents in FileNet
    • Keying and verifying completed documentation
  • Establish and maintain organized filing systems, including numbering forms, coding files, preparing folders, and compiling relevant materials.
  • Update, correct, and maintain records and files.
  • Perform and validate signature verifications.
  • Assist with HCS account clean-up initiatives.
  • Operate standard office equipment, including photocopiers, printers, scanners, and hand scanners.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
