We are currently seeking a skilled Administrator/Developer with expertise in business technology, particularly the Salesforce platform, to join our client's team. 

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing administrative, development, and integration support across established and emerging business technologies, with a primary focus on

Key Roles, Accountabilities, and Responsibilities:

• Maintain, design, architect, develop, and implement business technology capabilities based on the analysis of key business needs, process standardization, and automation opportunities.
• Establish and nurture collaborative relationships across the organization to ensure the delivery of essential technology capabilities for cross-functional business processes.
• Transform customer requirements into high-level architectural solutions, progress to final design, and execute plans effectively.
• Develop new functionality within Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, formulas, flows, process builder workflows, lightning components, and page layouts.
• Conduct code and architectural reviews, including data modeling solutions and integration strategies.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring technical requirements, schedule, and budget are well-defined and maintained.
• Diagnose issues at the system level, including operating systems, databases, web services, and application integration.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and manage deployment between Salesforce environments.
• Ensure custom code and configurations comply with best practices, security guidelines, and industry standards.
• Provide Salesforce usage best practices, training, documentation, and support as necessary.
• Field tech support requests and provide periodic hands-on system support.
• Perform other duties as required.

Skills Required:

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
• Attention to detail and user experience awareness.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Experience Required:

• 4-6 years of experience with development and implementation of Salesforce architecture and objects (standard and custom).
• Solid understanding of platform technical requirements, system configuration, and user authorizations.
• Architectural design of solutions, including data modeling and integration strategies.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using various techniques and APIs.
• Experience with Sales Cloud.
• Experience with Git-based version control.
• Experience with Salesforce DX CI/CD toolset, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with multiple Salesforce org environments and troubleshooting.
• Experience and general understanding of networking technologies and firewalls to troubleshoot networking issues.

Education Required: Certifications to include:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Platform Developer I

Education Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
