Job Description

We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Contracts Administrator to support our client's prevailing wage reporting process at a nuclear site.  As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that qualified work completed at the nuclear site is accurately reported by contractors in a third-party online system. This position is pivotal in maintaining compliance with prevailing wage laws and ensuring the smooth implementation of a new reporting process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prevailing Wage Reporting:

    • Verify that contractors have reported completed work in the third-party online system.
    • Reconcile contractor-reported payrolls with the site report of completed work.
    • Address reporting discrepancies by contacting contractors about late reports, missing data, and non-compliant wages.
    • Determine whether on-site work should be reported by contacting contractors.
    • Provide periodic compliance reports regarding contractor adherence to prevailing wage requirements.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the prevailing wage reporting process.
    • Monitor the system to ensure timely information submission by contractors.
    • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to manage and analyze data.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with prevailing wage laws is a plus but not required.
  • Nuclear site experience is NOT required.
  • Familiarity with the LCP tracker system is desirable but not mandatory.
