Our client, the New York State Gaming Commission – Division of Charitable Games, is seeking a qualified candidate for a Data Entry Clerk position.

• Enter data for licenses accurately and efficiently
• Prepare documents for scanning and record management
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with Commission standards

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of clerical or administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Restrictions
Please note the following restrictions related to lottery ticket purchases and prize payments:

• Temporary staff, or relatives living in the same household, may not purchase New York Lottery tickets or receive prize payments in any New York Lottery or multi-jurisdictional games if they conduct duties directly related to the Lottery or have access to confidential Commission information.
