We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to enter, review, and maintain information accurately. This role requires someone who can follow established procedures, stay organized, and handle confidential materials with care.

• Enter and update information in designated systems
• Review entries for accuracy and completeness
• Identify discrepancies and follow instructions for resolving them
• Organize and maintain records and confidential materials
• Work with team members while managing assigned tasks independently

Qualifications

• Data entry or quality assurance experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience handling confidential materials beneficial
• Proficiency in Excel, Capture Pro, or Content Manager beneficial
