We're looking for a District Sales Executive (DSE) to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in securing new customer revenue for our district office and network. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Territory: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of potential customers and competitors in your assigned area.
  • Industry Insight: Assess industry trends and communicate them to the District Sales Manager.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of companies.
  • Lead Generation: Research and qualify sales leads.
  • Customer Visits: Regularly visit target companies, maintaining an acceptable number of total visits.
  • Pre-call Planning: Conduct thorough written pre-call planning.
  • CRM Management: Complete sales record-keeping in our CRM system according to standards.
  • Collaboration: Engage target company contacts using branch and regional resources, providing necessary updates and insights.

Working Conditions/Requirements:

  • Office Presence: Interact with employees at the district office and participate in weekly sales meetings.
  • Customer Visits: Ability to drive to or be driven to customer locations.
  • Physical Effort: Normal physical effort with intermittent walking, sitting, or standing.
  • Data Entry: Proficiency in data entry on a laptop computer.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment.
  • Adaptability: Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.


  • A University Degree or recognized professional qualification equivalent.

Shift: Monday - Friday (08:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 depending on experience
