We are currently seeking experienced Senior Systems Engineers to support our Combat Vehicle and Naval Guns Product Lines. - Support the development and management of system requirements.
- Must demonstrate experience with requirements management down to the component level.
Working on systems, sub-systems and components.
Must have experience using DOORS and provide examples. - Must have hands-on systems experience.
- Develop subsystem and component performance specifications by analyzing and deriving necessary requirements.
- Develop and maintain verification and compliance artifacts to ensure system functionality.
- Coordinate architecture development for assigned systems, subsystems, and components.
- Support development and maintenance of interface requirements and interface design information.
- Document concept design decisions and generate System/Subsystem Design Descriptions (SSDDs) and capability assessments.
- Coordinate and facilitate formal decisions, including trade studies, to drive system design.
- Support cost, schedule, and risk monitoring and management.
- Engage in Systems Engineering activities and program milestone reviews to ensure successful project execution.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Systems engineering experience, including requirements analysis, derivation, and allocation.
- Proven ability to translate requirements into viable design solutions within applicable constraints.
- Experience developing architecture concepts and evaluating alternatives.
- Strong ability to balance system design across various considerations like performance, logistics, and CONOPS.
- Able to plan, conduct, and document trade studies.
- Ability to generate System/Subsystem Design Descriptions (SSDDs) and capability assessments.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or Electrical Engineering, with a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering.
- Experience with military vehicle systems and associated engineering challenges.
- Knowledge of logical architecture development, including use case development.
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including SysML and tools such as Cameo.
- Experience with DoDAF and Department of Defense Architecture Framework.
- Proficiency with DOORS requirements management tool.
- INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) certification (preferred).
Experience Required
- Strong background in supporting requirements development and management.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Aerospace or Electrical Engineering) and 4+ years of relevant experience.

Pay Range: $57.00 - $62.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
