Our client is seeking a Circuit Design Engineer to support military combat vehicle projects. In this role, you will design, test, and field complex military electronics, with a focus on analog and digital systems. You will use advanced tools for modeling, simulation, and technical documentation, while ensuring product specifications and integration procedures meet military standards. The position involves working with a cross-functional team to evaluate vendor capabilities and provide detailed engineering analysis for various military systems.

• Design and evaluate analog and digital circuits for military systems.
• Create technical documentation, including drawings, reports, and analyses.
• Perform circuit simulations using tools like PSpice or LTspice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems.
• Evaluate vendors and ensure deliverables meet project requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in analog and digital circuit design.
• 3+ years of experience in technical documentation and circuit simulation.
• Proficiency with PSpice or LTspice for circuit simulation.
• Ability to interpret schematics and interconnect drawings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW, OrCAD, and Visio.
• Experience with military and commercial design standards.
• Knowledge of EMI design considerations and battery management systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience designing wiring harnesses and cable assemblies for military systems.
• Experience with FPGA integration and power systems design.
• Familiarity with ammunition handling/loading systems.
