Product Support (ILS) Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Support / Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineer to support logistics engineering activities related to the development and modernization of new acquisition systems. This role is ideal for a logistics professional who understands how engineering data translates into sustainment, maintenance, provisioning, and lifecycle support for complex systems.
- Perform logistics engineering analyses and develop required ILS deliverables for new system development and modernization efforts
- Conduct and document at least two of the following: Spare Parts Analysis, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Engineering Data for Provisioning, Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), and Support Equipment Recommendation Documents (SERDs)
- Develop and maintain Logistic Product Data (LPD) / Logistics Maintenance Information (LMI) in support of sustainment planning
- Support the development of data used in Technical Manuals and Training documentation
- Utilize logistics and engineering tools to ensure accurate lifecycle sustainment planning and execution
- Maintain engineering records and documentation within PLM systems
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, training, and provisioning teams to ensure product support requirements are fully integrated into system design and deployment
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience using standard logistics tools to develop at least two of the following:
- Spare Parts Analyses
- Level of Repair Analyses (LORA)
- Engineering data for Provisioning
- Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA)
- Support Equipment Recommendation Documents (SERDs)
Preferred Skills
- Experience developing LPD / LMI and MTA deliverables
- User expertise with PLM systems for engineering records management
- Strong understanding of how logistics data supports Technical Manuals and Training documentation development
- Hands-on experience with OPUS-10 and Enhanced Automated Graphical Logistics Environment (EAGLE) software
Required Experience
- 8+ years of experience with a High School Diploma
- 6+ years of experience with an Associate’s Degree
- 4+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university

Pay Range: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
