• Provide desktop/laptop and some server IT support for customers.
• Install hardware/software and networking components to meet personal computer needs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with individual or multiple computer systems.
• Resolve issues, including contacting and assisting vendors.
• Research, analyze, and provide hardware/software recommendations to users.
• Perform new computer configurations and coordinate workstation upgrade/replacement process.
• Participate in the deployment of new software platforms.
• Track user requests for equipment and problem reporting, keeping case histories current.
• Verify problem resolution with the customer and close cases accordingly.

Skills Required:

• Experience with McAfee.
• Proficiency in MS OS (XP, Win 7, Win 10), MS Office Suite, and MS Server 2003/2008.
• Self-motivated with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Thorough knowledge of computer hardware, software, and terminology.
• Familiarity with computer systems and local area networks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT support role.

Education Required:

• High School diploma or GED.

Additional Information:
