Finance Rep II (On-site)
Job Description
Our client is seeking a Finance Representative II to join their Finance Shared Services (FSS) Customer Care team. This role reports to the FSS Customer Care Supervisor and serves as the primary point of contact for employees and vendors, addressing service needs, questions, and issues related to Finance, Travel, Expense Management, Card Administration, Accounts Payable, and Information Technology. The Finance Representative II is responsible for delivering excellent and timely customer support to internal and external stakeholders across Enterprise Shared Services.
The position involves handling routine to complex inquiries and requests, problem-solving, and performing administrative processes through phone, web, and email communication. As a key team member, the Finance Representative II ensures that customers receive accurate and comprehensive service, including creating and managing cases and escalating issues when necessary. This role requires effective collaboration with peers and other service center personnel to resolve more complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer and vendor inquiries using multiple computer programs and data sources.
- Provide high-quality customer care by collecting relevant information, performing moderately complex transactions, and accessing knowledge bases or financial systems for resolution.
- Manage and track service requests in a case management system and complete documentation for each case.
- Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and senior service personnel to answer complex inquiries.
- Assist with tasks across Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, and IT as needed, escalating cases when necessary.
Skills Required:
- Basic experience with Windows operating systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office 2010 Applications, Microsoft Edge, and Outlook.
- Basic experience with Dell & HP laptops and desktop computers.
- Customer service experience in call centers, retail, financial services, or IT service desks.
Skills Preferred:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, and IT.
- Familiarity with case management systems such as ServiceNow and financial systems like Oracle Financials or Deltek CostPoint.
Experience Required:
- 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, finance, or IT.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and managing customer inquiries.
Experience Preferred:
- Experience with enterprise-level financial systems and shared service environments.
- Knowledge of expense management systems like Concur and PeopleSoft Enterprise Helpdesk.
- Previous work in a finance shared service or call center environment.
Education Required:
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
- A college degree will be considered in place of work experience.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.75 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
