Financial Representative III (Hybrid)
Job Description
We are seeking a sharp, detail-driven Financial Representative III to join our client's dynamic team supporting enterprise-wide travel and expense operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Finance Travel and Expense Manager to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely processing of employee travel expenses using Concur. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to
- Review and audit expense reports, ensuring proper documentation, account coding, and compliance with federal regulations
- Communicate with travelers, agencies, and internal departments to resolve issues
- Analyze and correct discrepancies related to airfare, car rentals, and other travel-related costs
- Provide responsive support through Concur and other administrative tools
- Partner with peers and senior staff to resolve complex travel and expense matters
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5 years of relevant experience in finance, travel, or expense reporting
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Concur or similar expense management systems
- Customer service experience in finance, IT, medical, or retail settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and basic troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the defense or aerospace industry
- Familiarity with government per diem rates and Federal Acquisition Regulations
- Ability to clearly explain expense rejections and compliance rules
- Experience using Detect by Oversight
Education:
- Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
