HR Analytics Analyst I (On-site)
Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting Analyst to coordinate all phases of the interview process for candidates. This role involves managing phone and onsite interviews, including travel requests, candidate communication, and hiring team coordination. As a vital liaison between recruiters, hiring managers, executive assistants, and candidates, effective communication and exceptional organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
- Coordinate all aspects of phone and onsite interviews, ensuring smooth communication and logistics.
- Manage travel requests and arrangements for candidates as needed.
- Facilitate communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects with changing priorities to meet tight deadlines.
- Handle confidential information and matters with discretion and professionalism.
Skills Required:
- Strong phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to support the team effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with all levels of executive management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of HR processes.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar role.
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., Peoplesoft, Taleo, Hodes, Kenexa).
- Experience scheduling interviews and managing travel arrangements.
- Ability to work with candidates across different time zones.
Education Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.

Mr. Lee has over 25 years of experience in the service and retail industries with extensive backgrounds in management, sales, recruiting and training. He is currently a senior member of our recruiting staff serving multiple industries, with a specific focus on personnel with engineering backgrounds. He joined HEPCO in 1992.
As a recruiter he enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life and that every day is different. Outside of the office, Tom is an avid golfer and is skilled at repairing his golf clubs.
