HR Compliance Advisor (Hybrid)
Job Description
Our client, a leading organization based in Newark, NJ, is seeking an experienced HR Compliance Advisor to join their team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal HR teams and external vendors to ensure compliance with EEO, ADA, and Affirmative Action Program (AAP) requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development of Affirmative Action Plans (VEVRAA and Section 503)
• Partner with external vendors to complete EEO-1 and VETS-4212 reports
• Conduct data audits and demographic analyses for AAP and internal self-audit reports
• Produce ad hoc reports on labor market trends, turnover, and diversity metrics
• Scrub and manage large datasets across various systems, ensuring data accuracy
• Leverage SAP SuccessFactors, Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), and SharePoint for data and reporting needs
• Provide training and consults on AAP goals for leadership and HR teams
• Advise on talent acquisition compliance and diversity sourcing strategies
• Assist with initiatives such as CEPA, gender equity training, and self-ID processes
• Manage ADA, PWFA, and religious accommodation requests
• Engage in interactive processes with employees and providers, ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience OR 5+ years with a Master’s degree (preferably in HR or People Analytics)
• Proven background in EEO, OFCCP, Affirmative Action, and ADA compliance
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), SAP, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong communication skills, critical thinking ability, and curiosity about ADA compliance
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Pay Range: $48.00 - $53.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
