Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven HR Representative II to support HR Operations and data management initiatives for our client.

  • Process and maintain employee data transactions including new hires, terminations, leave of absence updates, and job or employee data changes
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all HR data entries
  • Review and resolve data discrepancies in a professional and efficient manner
  • Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct errors
  • Ensure consistency of employee data across multiple HR systems and platforms
  • Collaborate with HR teams to address data gaps and training needs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
  • Support implementation of process improvements and track impact
  • Generate reports and complete templates to support HR business decisions
  • Utilize HR systems and reporting tools for data analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and system updates
  • Ensure internal knowledge base and documentation remain accurate and compliant

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or a related field
  • Experience processing leave of absence and employee data transactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, ADP, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and HR metrics

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience with PeopleSoft, BrassRing, ServiceNow, or similar HR systems
  • Experience with data management and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations such as GDPR or CCPA
  • Ability to document and track employee data transactions within HR systems
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
