We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-focused HR Representative II to support recruiting and HR operations activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless candidate and employee experience by supporting onboarding, employee data transactions, and HR systems administration. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain a high level of accuracy, and provide exceptional support to internal teams and new hires.

• Generate offer letters and upload candidate onboarding documents to internal portals
• Provide onboarding and orientation support to new hires
• Coordinate with background screening and relocation vendors to facilitate candidate clearances and start dates
• Create purchase orders for relocation expenses
• Process employee transactions including new hires, employee data changes, transfers, and terminations
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems
• Support reporting and tracking activities related to HR operations and recruiting metrics
• Partner with internal customers and recruiting teams to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruiting, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
• Technical proficiency with HR systems including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft, BrassRing, and ServiceNow
• Experience with data management and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software preferred
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations
• Ability to utilize HR systems to document and track employee data transactions
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
