We are seeking an Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Specialist for our prestigious client. In this role, you will be pivotal in evaluating service providers' performance metrics to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance. You will conduct comprehensive reviews of IV&V processes, artifacts, and deliverables, contributing to the enhancement of their operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Conducting thorough process reviews and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
• Evaluating the quality, completeness, and relevance of artifacts and deliverables.
• Assessing the alignment of IV&V processes with industry standards and guidelines.
• Developing actionable recommendations for optimizing processes and enhancing standards.
• Standardizing IV&V processes and documentation templates to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Establishing robust quality standards for metric deliverables across various phases.
• Developing training plans to enhance IV&V skills among stakeholders.

Duties/Deliverables:

• Prepare a comprehensive report detailing findings, recommendations, and gap analysis.
• Develop and provide updated/additional templates for key deliverables.
• Create comprehensive guidelines for each deliverable to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Define clear standards for IV&V review processes to streamline operations.
• Develop an implementation plan for recommended enhancements, including prioritization and timelines.

Required Expertise:

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Writer.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in IT/process validation and verification.
• Ability to comprehend and articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
