Our client is seeking an Industrial Engineer specializing in time studies to support ongoing programs at a major combat-vehicle manufacturing site in York, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting detailed time studies, documenting results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment.

• Conduct time studies across multiple production lines and processes
• Document findings clearly and accurately for engineering and manufacturing teams
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and workflow efficiency
• Communicate results, recommendations, and insights effectively
• Work closely with multiple functional groups to support project and program needs

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience conducting time studies
• Ability to document and present time-study results clearly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated teamwork and coordination across departments
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, or Process Engineering

Pay Range: $41.00 - $46.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
