Integrated Master Scheduler (On-site)
Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, developing, and coordinating the integrated master plan and schedule to ensure all program objectives are met. This position requires integration of program schedules across multiple functional groups, including but not limited to finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality, ensuring horizontal and vertical alignment.
- Developing and maintaining compliant program schedules with appropriate levels of detail and logic, making the schedule a valuable program management tool.
- Ensuring all program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups.
- Monitoring and analyzing program performance, tracking plans and schedules, and performing risk analysis.
- Identifying and resolving critical path issues and network logic conflicts.
- Utilizing project management techniques such as Gantt charts, PERT, earned value management (EVM), and milestone charts to gauge progress, identify variances, and drive intervention when needed.
- Updating and preparing reports for internal program management, business management, and customer stakeholders.
Skills Required:
- Experience in developing compliant program schedules using Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM), and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices.
- Proficient with scheduling software (e.g., Open Plan, Microsoft Project).
- Expertise in analyzing and managing critical paths, schedule risks, and performance variances.
- Proven ability to prepare Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) updates and related reports for management and customer stakeholders.
- Ability to facilitate effective communication of program performance, variances, and recovery plans across all functional groups.
- Experience with contract deliverables related to IMS and Integrated Master Plans (IMP), ensuring full compliance with industry and customer requirements.
- Active Secret Clearance required.
Skills Preferred:
- Experience with government contracts and building Integrated Master Schedules in compliance with Earned Value methodologies.
- Familiarity with multi-faceted reporting and presenting data to external stakeholders.
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 7 years of planning and scheduling experience, specifically in building and managing compliant Integrated Master Schedules.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment with teams from finance, procurement, operations, manufacturing, and quality.
- Experience assembling and presenting complex data and issues to key stakeholders outside of the scheduling team.
Education Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field is required.
- 7+ years of relevant planning/scheduling experience or equivalent education and experience.
Education Preferred:
- Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS), including familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and experience working with government contracts.

Pay Range: $59.00 - $63.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
