Job Description
We are currently seeking a Logistic Analyst to fulfill the requirements of one of our esteemed clients. As a Logistic Analyst, you will be responsible for developing Logistics Management Information (LMI) and may provide technical direction and training to new or subordinate logistics personnel. You will ensure that LMI is developed in accordance with the customer’s statement of work and other contractual agreements. Your duties will include analyzing technical documentation to influence design, delivering LMI in the customer’s standard format for assigned projects or programs, and assisting in the development of cost proposals and subcontractor specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Skills Required:
- Detailed knowledge of applicable Military Standards used for the development of LMI data.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Ability to define and forecast support requirements.
- Familiarity with logistics design influence.
- Familiarity with automated test equipment and fault isolation techniques.
- Proficiency with computer software and tools for LMI-related activities.
- Ability to plan and document using LSA/LSAR, the development, testing, and deployment of logistics resources as an integral part of the acquisition process.
- Ability to conduct external/internal customer meetings, validations/verifications, log demos, LSA/LSAR reviews, in-process reviews, etc.
Experience Required:
- Relevant Associate degree plus an additional 6 years of experience; or relevant Bachelor's degree plus an additional 2 years of experience.
- Military experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
