Manufacturing Technician (On-site)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician for our client. In this role, you will work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts, or defined plans, utilizing manufacturing test development or diagnostic equipment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Design, test, checkout, modification, fabrication, and assembly of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
- Coordinate with engineers for setup and calibration of tasks.
- Perform rework and quality testing to ensure the production of high-quality parts and assemblies.
- Assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
- Collect design data and assist in research work as needed.
This position offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to manufacturing processes while working in a collaborative team environment.
Skills Required:
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to follow simple instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Skilled in identifying and using basic tools.
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Proficient in reading and following work instructions.
Experience Required:

Prior mechanical experience is a must.
Education Required:

High School Diploma or GED.

Pay Range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
