Material Planning Coordinator II (On-site)
Job Description
We are currently seeking a Material Planning Coordinator II to support our client’s team. In this role, you will represent the organizational unit on administrative matters, interpret and implement internal policies and procedures, and perform generalist administrative tasks in a functional area. You will assist the material planning and control function and support Depot operations by helping to move hardware through the repair process.
- Utilize YORK (Your Online Repair Knowledge) system to accurately track hardware through various factory areas
- Prepare and monitor material requisitions and schedules
- Maintain engineering specifications and manage material movement within purchasing, warehouse, and production departments
- Generate reports on material plans and schedules
- Support coordination of material control activities to ensure smooth hardware processing
- Use MRP systems such as Oracle for planning and tracking
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar material planning or administrative support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Active Secret Clearance
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle
- Some college education preferred
- Familiarity with hardware tracking and movement processes within a facility
