Office clerk (On-site) Part-time
Job Description
We are looking for a File Clerk to support document management and scanning activities in an office environment.
- Scan and digitize physical documents from multiple file cabinets (approximately 9 cabinets with 5 drawers each; majority of drawers fully stocked)
- Prepare, organize, and track files prior to and after scanning
- Maintain accuracy and organization of electronic and physical records
- Operate copy machines and scanning equipment to ensure proper document imaging
- Perform basic filing, sorting, and document handling tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to operate a copy machine and scanning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills when handling large volumes of files
- Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working with physical files and document organization

Duration: approximately 6 months (services may be extended for up to a total of two years)

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
