Project Manager Construction (Direct Hire) On-site
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with our client. This role will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of projects involving precast concrete fencing and masonry systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee construction projects from planning through completion
- Manage project schedules, budgets, materials, and resource allocation
- Supervise onsite personnel, subcontractors, and field operations
- Coordinate with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and local officials
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to control costs
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Maintain adherence to plans, specifications, and workmanship standards
- Track project progress and provide updates to leadership and clients
- Utilize digital tools for project documentation, reporting, and communication
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction project management
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience with construction management software
- Strong proficiency with digital/mobile tools and project systems
- Experience with platforms such as Procore, AvidXchange, BlueBeam, or similar
- Comfortable using iPhones, iPads, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Preferred Experience:
- Background in precast concrete, fencing, masonry, or similar construction environments
- Experience working on commercial, residential, or municipal projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

Compensation: $110,000–$115,000 base + 10%–15% bonus (Depending on experience and qualifications)
