Administrative Assistant (On-site)
Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our client. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting a professional office environment and assisting with document review and processing.
- Review legal or financial documents for accuracy
- Scan, organize, and file documents
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Support general office tasks and administrative functions
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to complete daily tasks
- Communicate professionally with internal and external parties
Key Skills / Abilities:
- Experience working in a law firm, government agency, or professional office setting
- Experience reviewing legal or financial documents
- Experience with document scanning
- Strong data entry skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Organized, professional, focused
- Detail-oriented
- 2–3 years of experience
Preferred Education:
- High School diploma
