Auditor (Hybrid)
Job Description
Our client’s Perinatal Health Surveillance and Quality team within the Bureau of Data Analytics, Research and Evaluation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Auditor to support the Maternal Mortality Review Initiative and the Maternal Mortality Review Board.
This position plays a key role in supporting the collection, tracking, documentation, and coordination of maternal mortality case information across multiple data systems and stakeholders. This is a data-driven, administrative support role tied to important public health initiatives.
- Provide support for the Maternal Mortality Review Initiative and MMRB activities
- Collect maternal mortality case information from multiple sources including autopsy reports, police reports, PSYCKES, incarceration history, online sources, and other data systems
- Track receipt of case documentation and follow up on missing information
- Enter and verify death and birth file information and related case data into the Maternal Mortality Review Information Application (MMRIA)
- Organize, file, scan, photocopy, and download case documentation for review meetings
- Provide administrative support to an internal obstetrician reviewing pregnancy-associated cases, including entering data into OB case review forms and downloading completed forms
- Coordinate transfer of information to and from IPRO abstractors
- Prepare case materials for MMRB reviewers
- Provide logistical support for MMRB meetings
- Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed
Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills for tracking and managing detailed case documentation
- Data entry experience, preferably using Access forms
- Experience using office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and fax machines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 with strong Excel skills
- Ability to accurately extract and document detailed information from reports and case files
Preferred Skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and document progress through completion
- Strong time management skills and ability to adjust priorities as directed by management

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
