Our client is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to support a portfolio of Energy Efficiency Programs. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with management to establish Quality Assurance/Quality Control parameters for projects
• Running Excel-based exception reports to identify:
  • Missing project notation or documentation
  • Inputs outside expected value ranges
  • Duplicate project submissions
• Conducting detailed Quality Control reviews, including:
  • Matching invoices to database cost entries
  • Verifying product specifications against database inputs
  • Checking required documentation and approvals
• Reporting findings and trends to management
• Developing PowerPoint presentations that summarize results
• Recommending improvements for future QA/QC initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to handle a high volume of invoice, workbook, database, and documentation reviews
• Strong attention to detail
• Solid problem-solving abilities
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work across departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database programs

Experience & Education (Preferred):

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of related work experience
• 1–5 years of bookkeeping, accounts payable, or accounts receivable experience

Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
